Our Services
Minneapolis Mindful Therapy is a small private practice in South Minneapolis. We work with teens and adults. We work with individuals, couples, or any constellation of family members. Our areas of focus include depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, sexuality, sexual identity, parenthood, life transitions, loss and grief. We bring an anti-racist and LGBTQ-affirming commitment to our work; all are welcome here.
Our Approach
We practice depth psychology, which means we engage each client as a deep and multi-layered human. We don’t collapse people into symptoms or diagnoses. Instead we look for subtleties, listen for themes, and trust discoveries to emerge from unconscious to conscious awareness. We are also informed by Eastern wisdom traditions and mindfulness. These influences shape how we work with emotions and how we see human suffering, as a shared experience that can open into compassion.
