Rachael Dee, MA, LPCC
I draw on a variety of approaches, including psychodynamic theory, somatic practices, brainspotting, and mindfulness. I previously worked for many years as a teacher, helping young people see their potential and bring out their unique gifts. As a teacher, I lived in three countries across Asia and was able to travel widely. I have a deep appreciation for different cultures and ways of being, recognizing that fundamentally we are all human and all on our own journey. Above all, my goal is to provide a safe space for you to express yourself and to be a supportive guide. I have a Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychological Services and am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.

Coming to therapy is one way to tune in to yourself and to move toward wellness. I've been working as a therapist for 10 years, and I am deeply honored to accompany people on the path toward self-awareness and well-being. Although my approach is rooted in depth psychology and mindfulness, I also look to literature, the body, dreams, family stories or any other source of insight that a client brings to therapy. Additionally, I am trained in Brainspotting, a brain-body approach to healing from traumatic experiences. My professional background includes my work as a writer and writing teacher. I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and hold Master's degrees in Counseling Psychology and Creative Writing. I serve as a Clinical Supervisor for therapists at Minneapolis Mindful Therapy and Integral Psychotherapy.

Clare Rubin, MA, LPCC
Profound change can happen when we move toward self awareness. I love to find creative strategies that address the unique needs of each client. I provide a warm, safe, and supportive environment for clients to foster greater self-acceptance, develop healthy coping strategies, and maximize their strengths. I utilize various depth and mindfulness-based therapies and bring 15 years of experience as a yoga and meditation instructor as well as somatic education in bodywork and massage therapy. This blend of mind-body healing creates a unique set of qualities from which to draw as a therapist. I have a Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychological Services and am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.

Using therapy as a tool to better understand our lived experiences can raise our self-awareness and well-being. In an environment that is warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental, I use a mindfulness and strength-based approach to support clients in working through barriers. As a therapist, I respect each individual's unique identity and how it relates to their therapeutic journey. Working in higher education with students has taught me that by listening intently, taking a collaborative approach, and providing a safe space, we can work to find meaning in any situation. I am currently working on completing my Masters in Counseling and Psychological Services and work under the licensed supervision of Dana Elkun.
